Part of this course will include formal grammar teaching as well as an AS coursework module where students write their own texts and analyse the craft and process of writing. In the second year of the course, students will undertake their own research project into an aspect of language of their choice. This could be on anything from child language acquisition to exploring how men and women speak to one another
