Sixth Form Open Evening | An opportunity for current UHS and Wimbledon College pupils, and Year 11 students attending other schools, to see what the Sixth Form Consortium has to offer. Prospectus and Application Forms available. |

Deadline for External Applications | Deadline for applications. This is the date by which you must submit your application form. All external applicants for the Sixth Form, must complete the form. |

Monday (tbc) January 2010 |
Year 11 Parents Evening | Year 11 students at UHS applying for Sixth Form will be interviewed by their tutor to discuss their application in reaction to the mock examination results. External applicants will also be called in for interview. |

Friday 12th February 2010 |
Offer Letters | This is the date by which we will send out a letter confirming that you are being offered a place in the Sixth Form (or not). All offers are conditional upon you meeting the Sixth Form and course entry requirements in your GCSEs. |

Friday 26th February 2010 |
Confirm Acceptance | This is the date by which you must let us know that you accept the offer of a place in the Sixth Form. |

Monday/Tuesday 28th/29th June 2010 |
Year 11 Transitions Day | Students will be invited to school to attend introductory classes in all subjects chosen. Preparatory work will be given for the summer holiday. Attendance is compulsory. |

You must come in for an interview at Ursuline High School at any time between 10.00am to 3.00pm to enrol on your course.
Year 13 students who need to take AS courses are required to enrol today from 10.00am to 1.00pm at Ursuline High School Sixth Form Common Room. |

Year 12 | This is the day on which you will be introduced to Sixth Form arrangements and receive your timetable. |
*You must be available to come into school and discuss your option choices on the dates shown during the last week of August. You should not arrange holidays or work or otherwise be unavailable on these dates as places will be assigned first to those who do complete the enrolment process.
